Meditation Practice
We are holding weekly meditation evenings, where people of all backgrounds, all ages and any religion get together and share breathing & meditation practices, share how to be in the present moment, share what moves one in daily life and how we can get to where we like to be personally and globally.
Meditation has a calming effect on the mind, therefore we can gain more clarity. Breath brings us back into our body, into the present moment. Learning how to use these tools and other simple techniques, can make a significant difference in our life's and how we walk through it. We also offer intensive one day workshops once a month, a 'Journey into Happiness' . These deep immersions into oneself bring lasting results:
