Reiki is an ancient hands-on healing that promotes free flow of stagnant energy in the body and it's energy centers called Chakras.
Reiki is administered by laying hands on, or over, areas of the body. Life force energy is flowing through the hands into the body, reducing stress and promoting relaxation, which again promotes healing. If life force is low, we are more likely to get sick or stressed. When life force is high, we are more capable of dealing with life's challenges. It creates health and happiness. Reiki also helps healing injuries and is very helpful pre and post surgery. A Reiki session being very relaxing, you will feel refreshed and energized, ready to deal with all your life has to offer - in an empowered state. We also hold workshops to learn Reiki yourself.
